Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy

1. How to request help

Email support@syncognix.com from the purchaser's email address. Include the customer or organization name, order date, amount, purchased service, and the outcome you are requesting. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within one business day.

2. Strategy consultations

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund, or request one reschedule without charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and missed sessions, are generally not refundable because specialist time has been reserved.
• If Syncognix cancels and cannot provide a suitable new time, the consultation is refunded in full.

3. Fixed-scope projects and service packages

• Before work begins, you may cancel for a full refund of the Syncognix service fee, less any third-party cost you expressly approved and that has already been committed.
• After work begins, we provide an itemized status of completed work, reserved capacity, and committed expenses. Any refundable, unearned remainder is returned; completed work and committed third-party costs are not refundable.
• If delivered work materially fails to match the written scope, notify us with specific details. We first provide a reasonable correction or re-performance opportunity. If we cannot correct the material issue, we will agree an appropriate partial or full refund for the affected portion.

4. Monthly and yearly services

Recurring plans can be canceled before the next renewal by emailing support@syncognix.com from the account email. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and service continues through the paid period unless we confirm otherwise.

Current service periods are not normally prorated after work or reserved capacity has begun. A refund may still apply where required by law, where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, or where Syncognix did not provide the purchased service.

5. Non-refundable external costs

Domain registrations or acquisitions, advertising spend, software licenses, hosting commitments, independent audits, transaction fees, and other client-approved third-party purchases cannot normally be refunded after the supplier has accepted or delivered them. We identify these costs before commitment whenever reasonably possible.

6. Promotions and credits

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. Promotion codes have no cash value. A consultation credit is applied only to an eligible package started within the displayed credit period and is not paid out as cash.

7. Processing time

Once approved, Syncognix submits a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to display it. We provide written confirmation when the refund has been submitted.

8. Duplicate charges, fraud, and disputes

Report a duplicate, unauthorized, or unfamiliar charge immediately. We will investigate the Stripe transaction and share the result and next steps. Contacting us first often resolves an issue faster, but this policy does not limit non-waivable cardholder or consumer rights.
